How can I subscribe to Luxilo?
1. Click on the "Subscribe" button on the subscription page, choose your subscription and fill in the registration form.
2. A member of our team will contact you to assist you with the administrative formalities.
3. We'll send the subscription contract directly to your e-mail address, so you can sign it online.
4. Pay for your subscription when you sign your contract and reserve your first vehicle. Your subscription will be activated on the date you pick up your vehicle.
Is there a charge for home delivery?
Home delivery of your vehicle is free of charge in Dubai and is possible with the subscription for a rate of AED 6.00/km driven by our logistician from Jumeirah, Dubai to the other Emirates.
You can also pick up your vehicle free of charge in Dubai.
How many kilometers/month are included in the subscription?
The authorized mileage base is 4,500 km/month. The cost of additional kilometers depends on the category and vehicle chosen.

With our subscriptions you don't have to pay a deposit.
How often can I change cars?
With the Access subscription, you can change vehicles 4 times a year.
With the Plus subscription, you can change vehicles 4 times a year.
With the One subscription, you can change vehicles as often as you want.
Can I take several vehicles at the same time?
The subscription is only valid for one vehicle at a time.
However, you can benefit from a second vehicle for a period of less than 28 days.
In which country is my vehicle registered?
All vehicles in the Luxilo fleet are registered in Dubai.
How many drivers are included in my subscription?
With the Turismo subscription, 2 drivers from the same household or professional associates are included.
